About the RoleWe’re expanding and that means new opportunities. This brand-new role is your chance to take charge of demand generation campaigns that help some of the world’s fastest-growing FinTechs win more customers.
You’ll get hands-on training in Delta-v’s proven outbound methodology and learn how to set up, run, and optimise campaigns that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be the driving force behind campaign execution; turning strategy into results that move the needle.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Support client onboarding with project plans, workshop scheduling, agendas, and campaign playbooks
- Write persuasive, conversion-driven copy that turns into qualified sales meetings
- Build buyer persona data and manage outbound messaging templates
- Coordinate client mini-campaigns and keep messaging fresh and on point
- Use data to track performance and implement continuous improvements
- Contribute to Delta-v’s inbound content strategy (blogs, social media, webinars)
Requirements
- A degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing
- Background in B2B marketing, ideally within lead or demand generation
- Exceptional copywriting skills, especially in crafting content that converts (email, ads, social)
- Strong communication (you make complex ideas simple and engaging)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Curious and eager to explore new products, markets, and tech
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
