The Copywriter produces written content for various online platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more. He/She researches, validates, and develops clear and compelling content that adheres to require branding and style guidelines. The Copywriter works closely with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, develop content strategies, and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels. He/She incorporates search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in all materials produced and ensures all grammar, spelling, flow, tone, and style are appropriate for the project.
Job Responsibilities
 
  • Develop creative and persuasive copy for advertisements across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for website pages, landing pages, and other online content to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform copywriting decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in copywriting, digital marketing, and advertising
  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms, maintaining brand voice and integrity

Job Requirements
 
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform copywriting decisions, utilizing your background in research methodologies and data analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field

Compensation: Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
