We are looking for a Copywriter for French content (professional or senior level)
to join our creative team here in Berlin!
You will:
- Act as the voice of Babbel in French, crafting high-quality ideas and messaging for marketing campaigns, CRM newsletters, video & audio scripts, social media posts and paid digital ads.
- Ideate, write, copy-edit, proofread, and adapt various assets to engage a global audience.
- Collaborate on proprietary style guides and glossaries, defining writing standards for different text types.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting for digital and offline marketing channels, focusing on acquisition and retention.
- Native-level proficiency in French, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- A talent for versatile marketing copywriting, consistently delivering thought-provoking messaging.
- Strong storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of how people consume media.
- A strategic mindset, capable of seeing an idea through from concept to execution.
- Pragmatic, proactive, well-organized, and effortlessly collaborative.
- Specialized experience in writing copy across social and digital marketing channels for different audiences and purposes.
- Experience working with evolving brand guidelines and systems.
- Proficiency in English, with strong project management skills.
- Additional languages and the ability to transcreate copy, which is a strong advantage.
- Experience in creating SEO-optimized content, which is a plus.
