At Rohlik, we own our end-to-end operations — from in-house technology and automated distribution centers to last-mile delivery. Delivering over 20,000 fresh and supermarket products same-day requires an operating model built on precision, cutting-edge automation, and data-driven decision-making.

As a Process Manager, Operations, you will be at the heart of optimizing and scaling this operational model across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll sit right between business operations and product development, turning operational challenges into structured, high-performing processes and scalable technical solutions.

This is an analytical, highly hands-on role. You won’t just produce theoretical diagrams — you will spend time on the floor, analyze workflow data, design detailed process specifications for software developers, and ensure seamless rollouts across our multi-country fulfillment network.

• Bridge operations and tech: Turn real-world fulfillment center friction into actionable engineering specifications and product roadmaps.

• Build for scale: Standardize methodologies across multiple sites while ensuring solutions are robust enough for rapid international expansion.

• Direct ownership: See the immediate operational impact of your work in metrics like cycle time, cost-per-order, and fulfillment accuracy.

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes across fulfillment center and last-mile operations.

• Process Design & Specification: Develop and document detailed target process designs, translating business requirements into technical specs for Product Owners and developers.

• Methodological Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM, and Ishikawa frameworks to streamline operational workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, software developers, engineering, and local operational teams to validate, test, and implement solutions.

• Business Case & KPI Tracking: Define process KPIs, build business cases (ROI, budgets, timelines), and track the measurable impact of improvements post-rollout.

• Implementation & Readiness: Write SOPs, prepare change management documentation, and support site teams to ensure smooth process rollouts.

• Continuous Improvement: Feed field insights into continuous improvement roadmaps and strategic operational initiatives.

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, process engineering, or JIT logistics within fast-paced environments (e-commerce, retail, automotive, or 3PL).

• Strong process toolbox: Hands-on mastery of methodologies and tools like VSM, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and SIPOC.

• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills paired with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas) to evaluate KPIs and drive decisions.

• Tech-translating ability: Proven experience translating operational business requirements into clear process documentation for software engineering teams.

• Solid documentation skills: Experience producing clear SOPs, training materials, and change management frameworks.

• Language skills: English proficiency at B2 level minimum (written and spoken).

• Flexibility to travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% across our operational sites in 5 countries (Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania).

Nice-to-haves:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).

• Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or statistical analysis software.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with software development teams.

• Familiarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or automated logistics systems.
