Marketing Development Specialist
WHO WE NEED: As a Marketing Development/Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing data and lead strategies to generate high quality leads for our sellers. The ideal candidate is a team player, curious, data-driven, and creative.
What You’ll Do
- With guidance from Marketing Operations and Demand Gen Leaders, develop a data and org hierarchy strategy to enhance data completeness and build prospect lists
- Align messaging for initial phone calls or emails with prospect lists to increase scale and success rates for business development teams
- Develop sufficient lead volume to meet goals
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to automate and enhance processes
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to execute, track, measure, and report on KPIs
- Work closely with Enablement, Product Marketing, and BDR teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of leads
- Scale the process to include ABM campaigns
Who you are:
- 1+ years of marketing/sales operations, sales development or business development experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, AI tools & prompt engineering
- Curious self-starter obsessed with learning, comfortable working toward ambitious goals and working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
