Bosch, is looking for a junior profile to join the Automotive Sales Controlling and Commercial Coordination team in the Benelux region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team with prestigious international clients. It is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals who are passionate about commercial and logistics management and who wish to grow in an international and collaborative environment. You will coordinate sales support in a dynamic environment, working on a portfolio of major OEM clients and parts manufacturers, handling high volumes of invoicing or logistics information.
Main Responsibilities:
- Credit and Accounts Receivable Management: Monitoring customer accounts, processing invoices and managing claims and discrepancies with external customer and internal parties.
- Sales Commercial Coordination (SCC): Creation and support of Customer Master Data. Customer price maintenance. Customer Purchase Orders and price checking activities. Support in customer portals.
- Coordination of Sales Business Frames (ex: contractual, Terms and Conditions, Legal topics with customers)
- Logistics and Project Coordination: Acting as a logistics support between clients and Bosch. Creation and tracking of Orders in the system, update logistics parameters and document deliveries. Supporting logistics projects and sales initiatives, including special invoicing, logistics performance tracking /improvement and claim management.
- Support to professional IT & Digital Interface: Key user, supporting development of tools, data management, new reports using SAP and Customer Portals.
- Support commercial reporting: Support financial reporting of our Sales and AR activities (ex: extraction and consolidation of data, support simplification and automation where possible)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluent in English and another European language.
- Intellectual Agility: Multi competences profile with agile mindset, adapt quickly to challenges and think strategically.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to manage large volumes of information in a time sensitive environment.
- Experience in credit management.
- Proficiency in SAP (an advantage).
- Competence in using client portals.
- Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel (managing large datasets).
- Ability to communicate effectively within a matrix structure.
- Collaboration: Understanding matrix structures and sharing information with colleagues.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently while adhering to Bosch's rigorous standards.
