E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Capabilities All Source Analyst to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends. 
  • Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft. 
  • Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets. 
  • Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth. 
  • Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. 
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments  
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings  
  • Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)?? 
  • Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems?  
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years?as an all-source military capabilities analyst? 
  • Knowledge of conventional weapon systems? 
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards? 
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR???

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. E&M considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Skills Required
