Copacker Operations Representative (12-month contract)

Right now, we are looking for Copacker Operations Representative.

Contract for 12 months.

What Will You Do:

• Coordinate and manage contract manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, this will include leading projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, RDE and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of cases including E&O
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the collaboration between Ecolab and the copackers.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to copackers staff as needed.

What Will You Need:

• Formal qualifications in a Supply Chain discipline ie Manufacturing, Engineering,  Quality or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is desirable, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Ecolab software and tools.
