TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION AVEC LE CHEF DE LA PRODUCTION, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
- Supporter l’équipe de cariste en lien avec les opérations quotidiennes et problématiques liées aux expéditions;
- Participer activement à la santé et sécurité de son département (analyses de risques, enquêtes, audits, rencontres);
- Assurer des suivis quant à l’atteinte des standards en qualité et collaborer à la gestion des plaintes clients;
- Assurer le suivi des plans d'action reliés aux objectifs annuels;
- Voir à l’amélioration continue des processus et supporter son équipe dans les activités d’amélioration continue;
- Assurer le remplacement du Coordonnateur de production, au besoin.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- Détenir un diplôme en génie industriel ou logistique (un atout);
- Posséder une expérience pertinente (2-5 ans) dans le domaine de la logistique, incluant de l’expérience en gestion d’une équipe de travail;
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau intermédiaire) pour les communications avec les transporteurs;
- Être engagé à offrir un environnement de travail sécuritaire;
- Faire preuve d’habilité au niveau des communications et du leadership;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft et système ERP;
- Posséder des connaissances en lien avec les outils de gestion d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes.
- Être disponible pour supporter son équipe sur les autres quarts de travail, au besoin.

Skills Required
