Job Description:
Dans vos fonctions, en tant que Coordonnateur des Tests et Processus au sein du département ABIV de tests en Vols et d’Intégration et dans l'équipe ABIVI (équipe Intégration et Services), vous serez appelé à :
- Interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes des tests en dehors d'ABIV (équipes d'ingénieurs en chef, Ingénierie Centre de Compétence, Programme, Navigabilité, …) et au sein d’ABIV (équipages ABIVX, moyens de test ABIVM, tests ABIVV),
- Agir en tant que point focal pour la gestion des activités de test (planification, consolidation technico-économique, priorités, risques et opportunités, etc.)
- Recueillir et gérer les besoins d'essais en vol pour piloter et évaluer les impacts associés (créneaux d'essais, nombre d'heures d'essais en vol, capacité et aptitude à effectuer les essais sur avion de prototype ou de production), impacts sur FTI, etc.)
- Construire une stratégie d'essais en vol et une feuille de route associée, en assurant l'intégration avec la planification générale des essais
- Partager la planification des vols et des simulateurs en dehors d’ABIV
- Gérer les livrables des activités de tests
- Développer des synergies et une amélioration continue sur l'intégration des activités d'essais en vol avec toutes les parties prenantes
- Soutenir la stratégie d'établissement des coûts ABIV et l'exercice budgétaire (AOP, prévisions)
- Préparer des présentations pour les réunions mensuelles DPM (Design Program Meeting) pour présenter les activités de test
- S'assurer de comprendre et de mettre à jour les différents processus supportant les activités de ABIV tout en consultant les parties prenantes pour en assurer leurs bonnes intégrations et harmonisations

In your duties, as Tests & Process Coordinator within ABIVI team (Integration and Services team) you will be called to achieve ABIV engagements on testing deliverables and activities:
- Interact with all the testing stakeholders outside ABIV (chief engineer teams, Engineering CoC, Program, Airworthiness, …) and inside ABIV (ABIVX Crews, ABIVM Test Means, ABIVV Testing),
- Act as focal point for testing activities management (planning, Technico- economic consolidation, priorities, Risks and Opportunities etc…)
- Collect and manage flight tests needs inflow to drive and assess associated impacts (test slots, nbr of flight tests hours, capacity and capability to perform the tests on A/C (development or production), impacts on FTI, etc…)
- Build flight tests strategy and associated roadmap, ensuring integration with the overall testing master-planning
- Secure consistency between short term planning and long term objectives.
- Collect Rigs test schedule from ABIVV
- Share Flight and Rigs planning outside ABIV
- Support flight test requests rationalization and optimization
- Drumbeat testing deliverables related to flight tests activities
- Develop synergies and continuous improvement on flight tests activities integration with all stakeholders
- Support ABIV costing strategy and Budget exercise (AOP, Forecast)
- Prepare presentation /slide to display during DPM for test activities
- Understand and update the different processes supporting the Ground & Flight Test activities by consulting the key players to ensure their required integration and harmonization
