As part of our International Travel Sales Team based in Lisbon, you will be the go-to person for agency partners and travel customers across Corporate and Franchise countries. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as the central point of contact for agency partners and travel customers in Corporate and Franchise countries, handling operational topics on a daily basis
• You support agencies with reservations, rebookings, cancellations, invoice queries, and commission-related requests
• You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through fast, solution-oriented communication
• You proactively onboard newly registered agencies, guiding them through their first login, technical setup, and initial booking
• You conduct trainings and walkthroughs of the SIXT Travel Sales booking platform PartnerHub
• You track onboarding progress and follow up actively to ensure successful partner activation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring first experience in inside sales, customer service, or the travel industry - a background in a comparable field is equally welcome
• Education You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification
• Soft Skills You communicate confidently and bring a genuine service-oriented attitude to every interaction
• Organizational Skills You work in a structured and proactive way, keeping multiple tasks on track even in a fast-paced environment
• Tools/Systems You are comfortable using digital tools and booking systems
• Language You are fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus
