Bowman Gray Stadium is seeking a Coordinator, Track Communications. This role will provide communications support to Bowman Gray Stadium, NASCAR Track Communications, and NASCAR Racing Communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule of events

• Sponsorship

• AR collections

• Sponsorship renewals and sales

• Sponsorship contracts prep

• Hospitality sales

• Hospitality reservations

• Sponsorship activation

• Scoreboard playlist and graphics

• Weekly catering

• Suite setup

• Program prizes and fan promotional items

• PA announcements

• Concourse display information

• Balcony reservations list

• Opening ceremonies

• T-Shirt shoot PA read

• Parking permits and hospitality pass mailings

• Thank you letters

• Announcements and scorer driver labels

• Program editing & proofreading

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university for a minimum of two (2) years of experience in communications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sports preferred but not required

• Proficient on company provided hardware and software

• Valid drivers license

• Demonstrate effective organizational, communucation and interpersonal skills

• Strong writing skill

• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Results oriented

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently but also be a strong team player

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management and attention to detail

• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required

• Ability to demonstrate persistence and professionalism
