The Coordinator, TPC Talent & Culture supports the TPC Network. This role serves as a key liaison between clubs, departments, and shared service partners to ensure the effective delivery of Talent & Culture programs and processes. This position also supports data integrity, reporting, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and special projects designed to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness across the TPC Network.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; or equivalent business experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of human resources experience.

  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance preferred.

  • Experience utilizing HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Maintain employee records and HR Information System (HRIS) data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist with drafting and updating job profiles for club positions.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Prepare and distribute timely and appropriate unemployment communications and supporting documentation for all unemployment claims.

  • Maintains department records and reports, including TPC organizational charts and telephone directories.

  • Support hiring processes, including background screening approvals and I-9 employment eligibility verification compliance.

  • Coordinate employee relocation processes, one-time payments (OTPs), special bonuses, and tuition reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.

  • Support employee recognition programs, including Seasons of Service awards, anniversary recognition, money clips, and the A. James Clark Award program.

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, reporting, communications, and action-planning support.

  • Prepare, audit, analyze, and distribute recurring workforce reports, including turnover reporting, minor employee audits, new hire activity monitoring, California compliance reporting, and other workforce metrics.

  • Perform monthly HRIS and Business Process data audits and clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

  • Distribute Talent & Culture communications, announcements, reminders, and follow-up correspondence to clubs and employees.

  • Maintain and update Talent & Culture resources, including TPC You, SharePoint sites, job aids, reference materials, Handbook and Benefit Guide updates, and self-service tools.

  • Serve as a liaison with Digital Technology Services (DTS) to support HR system access, troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support.

  • Support the TPC Concierge program and assist employees, managers, and clubs with navigating Talent & Culture programs, systems, and processes.

  • Maintain, and update process documentation, operational guides, and job aids to promote consistency and process efficiency.

  • Monitor and follow up on Talent & Culture activities, deadlines, compliance requirements, and outstanding employee transactions.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness and the employee experience throughout the TPC Network.

Skills Required
