Scope of Position: Assist in the hiring, training and development of Summer Staff, while propelling the purpose and mission of WinShape Camps for Communities. Help lead in the hiring and placement of camp teams.

Responsibilities- Oversee the year-round execution of WinShape Camps for Communities Summer Staff hiring and onboarding in conjunction with the WinShape Camps Staff Development Team.
- Communicate Summer Staff placement information with Summer Staff and relevant internal parties, and keep accurate records of placement information in WIN and the WSCC Draft Board.
- Manage the process and standardization of all Summer Staff training resources, including training manuals and video resources produced by each function.
- Field phone calls and emails related to Summer Staff hiring and placement.
- Serves as Point Team Lead/Point Team Member for WinShape Camps for Communities Traveling Teams by conducting on-site visits and providing support throughout their summer.
- Assist the training of WinShape Camps for Communities Camp Directors.
- Assist the recruitment of male Summer Staff through intentional relationship building, mentorship, and discipleship efforts throughout the year.
- Coordinate the selection, communication, and onboarding experience for Formers and new staff hired for individual weeks of camp throughout the summer.
- Serves as member of the WinShape Camps Interview Team, identifying potential summer staff.
- Serves as a member of assigned work team(s) as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in balancing multiple projects at once.
- Served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates skills in written and verbal communication, time management, training facilitation, and goal setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willing to engage in moderate travel (15-20%) throughout the year and heavy travel (50-60%) in the summer.
- Maintain regular office hours at the WinShape Camps office in Atlanta Rome.
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
- Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record.
