Job requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, communications or client-focused environments; agency and/or consumer brand experience an asset.
- Ability to work onsite frequently, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Experience supporting social content and campaigns across multiple platforms, including planning, publishing, monitoring and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and X, and other social media platforms as required.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, emerging formats and audience behaviours.
- Proven ability to manage content calendars, approvals, timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Knowledge of hockey and basketball considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for brand voice, tone, accuracy and detail.
- Highly adaptable, proactive and collaborative, with strong client-service skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
- Digitally savvy, with experience using social media management and reporting tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Schedule and publish content across all social platforms

- Monitor comments, messages, and fan interactions
- Escalate sensitive issues when necessary

- Pull clips and organize footage
- Assist with content requests and asset retrieval
