The Coordinator, Social Media Project Management plays a key role in leading end-to-end planning and execution of global social media initiatives across paid and organic channels, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through launch. This role coordinates cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, PR, and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient approval workflows for all content.
Location: This role is in-person at our New York Corporate Headquarters.
What Success Looks Like
Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned social media programs and effectively partner with regional teams to streamline requests across paid and organic social media initiatives.
• Facilitate clear, proactive communication among cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring projects move efficiently through internal approval processes.
• Consistently ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and campaign objectives before launch.
• Successfully oversee the planning, development, and execution of paid and organic social media campaigns from kickoff through launch, while managing budgets and project schedules.
• Track critical milestones and coordinate teams across marketing, creative, PR, and regional functions to deliver campaigns on time and in alignment with brand strategy and performance goals.
Creative Operations
• Support creative production processes from concept through delivery, ensuring assets are organized and distributed effectively to regional teams.
• Manage image sourcing, purchasing, and licensing activities to ensure proper usage rights and timely asset delivery.
• Contribute to the creation of visual assets and design work when needed to support paid and organic social media initiatives.
Award Show Event Support
• Support end-to-end organic social media execution for award show events, coordinating activities across pre-event planning, live event activation, and post-event content rollout.
• Ensure assets move efficiently through cross-departmental approval workflows, driving timely reviews, alignment, and stakeholder sign-off prior to publishing.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $27.71/ hour - $37.49/ hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of full-time experience in project management or communications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear messaging
• Ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Figma
• Design proficiency is a plus
