Job Overview:

The Coordinator, Social Media is responsible for managing and growing the Creators division’s owned social media channels. This role focuses on executing content strategies that highlight creators, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and execute day-to-day posting across the Creators Division’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and creator highlights

  • Conceptualize and publish content that spotlights creators, partnerships, and division initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content and ensure timely execution

  • Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform updates to inform content strategy

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights

  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives

  • Support content production workflows, including asset organization and approvals

  • Own and shape the voice of a growing Creators division

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or creator management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and support collaborative efforts.

  • Strong understanding of social media from both business and consumer perspectives, with knowledge of platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Twitch and Facebook.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, often on short notice.

  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the growth of a next-generation talent agency.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks

  • Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently

  • Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the creator economy

Base salary range: $50-60K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
