Job Description

About the role
The heart of our mission at talabat is to constantly improve the choice of restaurants to our users. As a Sales Admin at Talabat, you will play a crucial role in supporting our acquisition sales reps in the overall process of increasing the number of partners we work with. Your responsibilities will be a range of tasks of identifying new leads proactively and playing a key role to improve the overall acquisition process for our partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new leads through various channels such as social media, editorials, referrals, Slack, and any other source. 

  • Adding leads to Salesforce and ensuring they are assigned to the correct sales reps. 

  • Validate leads and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented in Salesforce.

  • Validate and upload the partner documents signed by sales reps onto Salesforce. 

  • Add menu images and descriptions while uploading documents to ensure partners have an attractive and comprehensive menu once live. 

  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for partners and take the needed steps to solve for failed onboarding cases proactively. 

  • Follow up with internal teams, when needed, to ensure successful onboarding of vendors.

  • Support the team in other tasks or projects as needed.

What did we order? 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
