Administrative support position for sales execution by providing administrative and operative support duties.
Responsibilities- Delivers quality support to Cluster / Sales Execution and team with the aim to ‘make it work’ including follow up on ongoing and new business with customers.
- Preparing and sending of quotations, follow up with customers after the quotations.
- Coordinating with Trade Management for rate agreement and service contract proposals and special rate offers.
- Assist in Bid / Tender using relevant tools and co-ordination.
- Handling Customer Data Management (Organizational Catalogue).
- Handling / updating of Sales Force with customer calls, rate offers and customer follow ups done.
- Customer management, which includes inter-departmental coordination.
- Clear customer handover to Customer Service and assist Customer Service with problem solving in regard to rates / revenues where needed.
- Promote digital tools
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Logistics/Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship/part-time experience in sales support, customer service or logistics is an advantage).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks under time pressure.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) is preferred.
