The Coordinator Quality (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and developing the Quality Management team while ensuring and continuously improving quality standards at the site. The role oversees the Quality Management System, audit management, as well as customer and supplier quality activities. In addition, the Coordinator Quality initiates and leads improvement projects, monitors key quality performance indicators, and ensures compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.

- Durchführung von internen Audits, Vorbereitung von Kundenaudits und Pflege des Auditmanagements
- Sicherstellung des konformen PPF/PPAP-Verfahrens und Reklamationsmanagement (Kunde/Lieferant)
- Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten inkl. Reduzierung der Non Quality Costs

Required Skills and Education
Deutsch:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und idealerweise erste Erafahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung und Umsetzung der IATF16949 sowie kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über Qualitätssysteme, -werkzeuge und -methoden (z. B. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenzen (z.B. 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Six Sigma), Erfahrung in der Leitung von Problemlösungsteams
- Auditorenausbildung und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits (VDA6.3, IATF16949)
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
