Job Details
The Coordinator, People Systems & Analytics provides administrative and technical support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, HR transactions, employee records, HR systems, workforce data, and employee support across North America.
This role works closely with Recruiting, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Safety, Payroll, and operating locations to ensure employee information and HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
The Coordinator, People Systems & Analytics is detail-oriented, organized, service-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This position provides day-to-day support for HRIS and onboarding activities while developing knowledge of HR systems, processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle & HR Administration
- Process routine employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, terminations, status changes, and other employee record updates.
- Create and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and entered timely.
- Review employee information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Respond to routine employee and manager requests related to HR processes, records, documentation, and system navigation.
- Prepare employment verification responses and other routine HR documentation.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Coordinate and track onboarding documentation and required employment information.
- Monitor completion of background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with tracking driver-related requirements, including driver's licenses, abstracts, expirations, and renewal documentation.
- Ensure required onboarding and employee documentation is properly maintained and accessible.
- Follow established processes and procedures to support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
HRIS & People Systems
- Perform routine data entry and transactions within the HRIS and other HR systems.
- Assist with maintaining data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Assist with identifying and reporting system or data issues to the appropriate team member.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives led by the People Systems team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR administration, recruiting coordination, payroll, or a related administrative role.
- Experience working with HRIS- UKG , ATS, or other employee management system.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, auditing, or administrative processes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Candidates who are currently working toward completion of a Bachelor's degree will also be considered.
