The selected candidate will join a fully remote, dynamic team that is responsible for attracting and engaging executive-level audiences across Health Evolution’s range of in-person and virtual events and initiatives. Health Evolution convenes several dozen virtual meetings and two, large in-person events each year:

  • The Health Evolution Forum: The Forum is a peer-to-peer collaboration among leaders across health care sectors focused on driving near-term impact. The Forum currently consists of ten Roundtables and 200+ fellows. The ten current Roundtables include the following:

    • Commercial Risk-Based Contracting
    • Value-Based Care for Specialized Populations
    • Data-Driven Health Equity Strategies

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Partner Success, the Coordinator, Partner Success is an integral member of the Member Operations team who is responsible for supporting the Partner Success team to maintain on-going relationships with leading companies across all health care industry sectors. Working with Member Operations team, the Coordinator, Partner Success role is an exciting mix of data integrity maintenance and tactical program implementation.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Provides weekly, trusted, tracking and visibility for the partner success team to accurately track progress against milestones and deadlines
  • Drives and owns weekly goals meetings with data that allows partner success leaders to effectively prioritize their time and focus
  • Creates and maintains effective Salesforce dashboards and reports
  • Makes sure Salesforce records are up to date, and correct at all times
  • Takes a proactive approach to supporting partner success strategy
  • Program Renewal Rates
  • Identify and Track Opportunities for Upsell, Based on Client Needs
  • Continually Refines Processes to Better Serve partner Needs
  • Manages Clear Communication Pathways to Prevent Friction Around Sponsor Delivery Internally and Externally

Sponsor Project Management

  • Manage the day-to-day progress of all sponsorships, including communications, proposals, problem-solving, project design and implementation
  • Track milestones and objectives of each sponsor and manage relationship so that Health Evolution can create the desired value for the sponsor
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress of completing all tasks associated with creating success for each sponsor via dashboards 
  • Provides admin support to partner success team members for sponsor onboarding, thought leadership planning calls and other partner success functions
  • Report regularly to the Senior Director, Partner Success on progress of sponsor management 

Sponsor Communications

  • Provide feedback and assistant on communication templates 
  • Record and maintain sponsor communications via Box Notes, Salesforce or other identified platforms
  • Act as the primary source of truth for sponsor deliverables to keep partner success team members informed of progress so that all functions are appropriately coordinated
  • Track discovery to information current sponsors about potential new sponsorship opportunities and notify Business Development for potential up-sell of information products

Sponsor Relationship Management (Convenings)

  • Track strategic intent of each sponsor and plans to maximize effectiveness of the sponsorship relationship for both Health Evolution and the sponsor
  • Track existing sponsorships for opportunities to up-sell sponsors across different products and events
  • Track partner success internal collaboration efforts to maximize cross-selling opportunity and share new ideas
  • Monitor and track sponsor feedback to identify potential issues and elevate/preemptively create solutions to avoid negative sponsorship experience
  • Participate in all in-person Health Evolution events including, but not limited to, Summit and Connect

Business Development Strategy & Communication 

  • Research and identify new sponsor prospects
  • Identify renewing sponsors, those at risk and those with the potential to grow
  • Assist in the structure, benefits and pricing for new sponsorship opportunities
  • Review current sponsorship opportunities and adjust benefits and pricing, as needed, from year to year
  • Support processes to ensure seamless outreach to potential sponsors and current sponsors, informing them of all available sponsorship opportunities across all Health Evolution events and products
  • Provide feedback and insights on sponsorship description marketing materials and other communication templates
  • Assist in creation of yearly sponsor satisfaction survey as it relates to business development and sponsor management

Qualifications

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • A Bachelor’s degree in digital communications/marketing-related field, or equivalent work experience/degree
  • 1+ year of account management, administrative experience, integrated media, marketing, and/or sponsor engagement/reporting
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing sponsorship engagement strategies
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and reporting, Microsoft Office and PC/Windows OS
  • Fluency with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Experience in health care industry not required
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for annual on-sight events (as needed)

  • Adaptable and self-motivated in learning new software and processes to improve sponsor management/reporting functions
