The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Colleague to support our code setup and invoicing processes. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of operations experience who enjoys working with data, improving process discipline, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial transactions.
You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and operational reporting , while also providing insightful analytics that supports sound decision-making.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Data management: Maintain and organize business data (e.g., customer records, financial information, employee records) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Financial administration: Support invoicing, collections coordination, and code management. Partner with Finance to maintain accurate records and support compliance.
- Project coordination: Assist with operational/project activities such as creating project codes, tracking progress, and coordinating with colleagues to help meet deadlines.
- Communication and correspondence: Draft and edit emails, memos, and other written communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting and analytics: Generate, reconcile, and analyze reports related to invoicing, code management, and operational metrics for management review.
- Policy and procedure compliance: Follow and reinforce company policies and procedures; stay informed on relevant regulations impacting operations.
- Problem solving and decision support: Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and provide data-driven analysis to support decisions.
- Audit support: Assist with audit-related activities, including documentation, evidence gathering, and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Solid analytical capability—able to interpret data and generate clear insights
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with invoicing, collections processes, or cost/project code setup
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation)
- Comfort working in a process-driven environment with deadlines and controls
