The coordinator works closely with Sponsor Relations team members and internal stakeholders to support partner initiatives and departmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnership marketing, account coordination, events, sales support or a related business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of assigned corporate partnership accounts and related initiatives.
- Coordinate partnership deliverables, activation programs and contractual fulfillment requirements.
- Track partnership assets, timelines, deliverables and reporting obligations.
- Assist with maintaining partnership records, documentation and account files.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Events, Competitions, Media, Studios, Marketing, Digital, Finance and Legal to support partnership activities.
- Assist with the preparation of partnership recaps, performance reports and client-facing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of partner meetings, activations and events.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals and other partnership materials.
- Conduct research and compile information to support renewal, upsell and new business opportunities.
- Maintain partnership data and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, materials and follow-up activities for partnership discussions.
- Support departmental efforts to identify and pursue partnership growth opportunities.
- Assist with internal contract review and approval processes.
- Support deal routing, document management and execution tracking.
- Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, amendments and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate internal communications related to partnership deliverables and key account activities.
- Ensure partnership documentation and reporting materials are completed accurately and on time.
- Contribute to special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Support the overall objectives and strategic priorities of the Sponsor Relations team.
