What we are looking for:


Fiera Capital is looking for a highly motivated key resource to join our Marketing and Communications team. This individual will allow our team to continue the push toward our objectives, in particular, supporting the growth targets of the Canadian Institutional and Private Wealth teams.

This candidate will adopt a team-oriented approach and also embrace the challenges of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our clients are prioritized. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Canada, this trusted individual will need to quickly understand business needs and adapt to a variety of circumstances involving diverse stakeholders.  


Your responsibilities:


  • Support the Marketing team in the purchase of tables, donations and sponsorships for all Canadian activities, including the management of invoices, invitations and attendance tracking (internal and external).
  • Coordinate external partnership agreements aimed at promoting the business development efforts of the Canadian Institutional and Private Wealth team.
  • Contribute to the organization and smooth running of events, such as lunch and learn seminars and cocktail events for clients.
  • Maintain the calendar of activities and deadlines related to marketing activities and keep the team informed of upcoming deliverables.
  • Using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), support the team in managing communications related to marketing efforts for Canadian clients and prospects.
  • Simultaneously manage all other administrative tasks as required.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:


  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or other relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years as an corporate event coordinator or other similar role
  • High level of autonomy, initiative and versatility
  • Heightened sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done
  • Excellent ability to understand issues and solve problems, as well as great adaptability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of work discipline
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a sustained ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other technological tools for administrative support
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
