Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, coordinating internal meetings with Paramount teams as well as external meetings with brands, agencies, buyers, and production partners
- Screen and respond to a high volume of calls, emails, and meeting requests with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare agendas, take detailed notes during marketing, creative, and partnership-related calls, and translate discussions into clear recaps, next steps, and shareable materials
- Support the development and execution of marketing and brand partnership initiatives across Paramount platforms and third-party marketplaces
- Conduct research on brands, agencies, categories, and market trends to inform partnership strategy and pitch positioning
- Create and maintain databases, grids, and trackers related to brand partners, sponsorships, marketplace pitches, active deals, and campaign timelines
- Track incoming brand partnership opportunities, creative materials, and marketplace inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, sizzles, and sales-facing marketing materials used in partner and buyer conversations
- Coordinate internal distribution and organization of marketing, partnership, and production-related materials
- Support execution of key marketing moments, brand activations, sponsorship integrations, and partner deliverables tied to studio-led content
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, process expenses, and manage related documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for internal Paramount teams and external stakeholders, including brand partners, agencies, agents, talent representatives, and production partners
- Build strong working relationships with assistants, coordinators, and junior executives across Paramount and the broader sports, media, and brand ecosystem
- Handle ad hoc administrative and project support, including research, meeting preparation, and special projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant or Coordinator in entertainment, media, sports, marketing, sales, or brand partnerships
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports marketing, brand partnerships, and how brands authentically integrate into content
- Strong interest in how studios package, position, and sell content to brands and the marketplace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience creating grids, trackers, and presentations
- Comfortable interfacing with senior executives, creatives, brand partners, agencies, and buyers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with brand integrations, sponsorships, content marketing, or partnership-driven campaigns is a plus
