SUMMARY
The Live & Sports DTC Marketing team is seeking a Coordinator to be an exceptional addition to the team, supporting marketing campaigns for both Live TV and sports on Disney+ and Hulu (including Hulu + Live TV). This role keeps our campaigns running day to day, coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and logistics across tune-in, live sports, tentpole events, and partner activations. It's an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, excited about live TV and sports, and shows the early signs of a strategic thinker. You'll partner closely with campaign managers and cross-functional teams, and get broad exposure to how integrated marketing campaigns come together across a leading DTC portfolio. Knowledge of and passion for sports and live TV is a big plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for Live TV and sports marketing campaigns across Disney+, Hulu, and Hulu + Live TV, helping keep projects organized and on schedule.
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals, flagging risks and keeping stakeholders updated on status.
Coordinate creative and content trafficking, including routing assets for review, securing content and legal approvals, and maintaining version control.
Schedule and help run task force and status meetings, capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, budgets, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Support network, league, and partner requests, helping gather materials and coordinate deliverables.
Pull and compile research, performance data, and reporting to support campaign optimization and recaps.
Assist with briefs, decks, and other materials that support campaigns, partnerships, and presentations.
WHAT TO BRING
2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, media, or a related field.
Prior internship experience working in Sports internships and entertainment/TV experience a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
A natural problem-solver with a bias for action - you anticipate what's needed next, take initiative without waiting to be asked, and instinctively keep projects moving forward.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable) a plus.
Interest in live TV, sports, and the streaming/DTC landscape.
Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office at 7 Hudson Square NYC.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
