Role Summary
Join the team driving the future of luxury retail media! This position will play a key role in supporting the selling and execution of Saks Global’s Retail Media Network marketing programs for top-tier brand partners. Supporting the Sr. Manager of Strategic Account Management, you’ll help develop compelling proposals, track campaign execution, and ensure flawless delivery - including budget management. You'll serve as a vital connector across teams by documenting campaign elements, reviewing creative, and compiling key performance highlights, including metrics and visuals for brand performance recaps.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support flawless execution of confirmed programming; ensure all elements are accounted for, alignment of launch dates across tactics/teams, review comps for accuracy
Compile and share contracts, ensure brands signatures and proper filing for record keeping
Support Team in building out proposals
Support Team in developing campaign recaps
Help to triage reporting delays, gaps with channel partners, escalating issues to manager
Ensure accuracy of financial trackers, chargebacks
Translate confirmed marketing activities into systems/documents to support program execution (e.g. MasterGrid, Wrike etc.)
Support the organization and tracking of brand and category insights, competitive intel
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
Less than 1yr of Marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or the equivalent
Core Competentices:
Strong attention to detail for program execution
Professional written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic project coordination and task management skills
Basic data analysis skills and comfort with Excel/reporting tools
