Role Summary:

The incumbent will support the selling and execution of vendor COOP marketing programs. Support the Manager of Integrated Marketing in developing COOP proposals for designated categories and brands. Track the execution of confirmed COOP marketing programs, including accurately tracking budgets. Document and share campaign elements with key cross-functional teams. Review creatives. Input campaign details, metrics, and screenshots into quarterly recaps for brand partners.

Role Description: 

  • Input and maintain all COOP campaign details in the Master Grid

  • Ensure all COOP campaigns are executed correctly (all elements accounted for, review creative comps)

  • Track and maintain budgets and chargebacks across all relevant documents and communicate updates to required teams

  • Input campaign details, metrics, and screenshots into quarterly recaps for brand partners

  • Support manager to develop compelling COOP proposals for designated categories and brands

  • Other duties as assigned by manager 5%

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or the equivalent

  • Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
