We are seeking a Operations Coordinator to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll DoUnder the direction of the Manager, Infrastructure Effectiveness, the Operations Coordinator will support activities on a wide variety of functions for the Infrastructure Strategy team and FoundationCCC’s greater Infrastructure team (aka “back office” inclusive of Finance, Legal Operations, Human Resources, Office Operations, and Business Systems/IT).
Support the Manager, Infrastructure Strategy in bolstering the organization’s capacity related to project management, process improvement, administration, and implementation of key cross-functional projects and initiatives, including:
Infrastructure communications
Document oversight related to workgroups and SharePoint
Prioritize multiple project tasks simultaneously with timely follow up on critical issues
Manage meeting planning, presentation facilitation and thorough notetaking
Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms (Zoom, MS Office Suite- PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Workday, and other database programs, etc.)
A professional and resourceful style with good instincts about when to work independently and when to leverage support from others while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.
