The Coordinator, Influencer Marketing and Partnerships is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Knix influencer marketing strategy. This person is a consistent point of contact for influencers, ambassadors and other partners, and manages the execution of partnerships for Knix. This is inclusive of supporting strategies of partnerships, fostering ongoing relationships on behalf of the brand, continuous onboarding and sourcing of new partners, scaling US influencer presence, and building the Knix community at large.

The Opportunity

  • Strategize on longer term influencer partnerships and work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager on larger strategy 
  • Source and manage paid and organic influencer partnerships, friends of Knix, and Knix ambassadors
  • Oversee Ambassador Affiliate program, including relationship management, recruitment, campaign & program oversight and reporting
  • Manage product samples for product launch strategy, ongoing press and influencer/celebrity engagements, and liaise with Operations Team on behalf of Brand Marketing Team
  • Manage the third-party celebrity and influencer seeding agency to ensure word of mouth and brand awareness continues to grow 
  • Support in the execution and roll-out of day-to-day functions, including but not limited to new product launches, brand partnerships and social media presence and community growth

Your Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in Marketing and/or Business Partnerships background.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive.
  • Degree / diploma in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices in both the Canadian and US markets
  • Ability to build, interpret and negotiate contracts
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to retrieve and analyze key performance metrics using various digital and social platforms
  • Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently to get tasks done.
  • Be a consistent face of Knix to partners so that the process is more streamlined for Knix as a whole
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
