Job Summary**
The Coordinator II Billing at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas, is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing billing cycles, and ensuring timely collection of payments for energy services projects. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably within the energy, construction, or related industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
