Plan/Execute transport from/to predesignated points as per shipments created by CS/ED
ResponsibilitiesIDT Main Tasks:
Planning of Transport, Check expected import arrivals and plan transportation for timely evacuation.
ED gather equipment forecast from Sales and
inform TD to plan movement.Allot Transport movement, Monitor/ follow up
with the transporter for timely completion of movement.Record/Document the reasons for delay in movements
Keep ED informed about status of movement
to look for alternative options.Maintain Vendor Matrix.
Update ICCL Reports with reasons for deviations.
Liaison with vendors to close disputes.
Create WO for pending moves as per TRWW0101 report.
To maintain NIL VIM pendency
Handle Customer phone calls and cases correspondence with customer.
Handle booking queries on calls and emails.
Act as point of entry related to shipment planning
and coordination with operation teams and sales for all necessary communication.Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.
Building customer rapport for better service.
Complete all functional HIP training timely.
Adhere to KPIs for timely work order creation,
case resolutions & Cisco calls.Deliver the highest levels of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as
for Hapag-Lloyd
IDT Support Tasks :
Link/Delink work order as per CS Request for
shipment amendments.- Interdepartmental co-ordination with TD/ CS/ED/GSC/POL for resolution of issues

Qualifications
Industry Knowledge
1-2 years of industry experience in transportation industry
Good knowledge of ICD/CFS Operations required

University degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of MS Office
Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
Positive attitude
Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate oneself for personal development
Business Systems/IT
Awareness of data quality importance, T&T, steering, etc.
Good knowledge of user application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel)
Process knowledge & systems support optimization
Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure
