Job Overview
The Coordinator I, Quality Assurance provides administrative and operational support to the Quality Assurance team to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of SCS's Quality Management System. This role supports internal audit activities, document control, quality records management, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while assisting with Auditor Hub operations related to auditor qualifications, onboarding, and training administration. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Auditor Hub, Program, and Operations teams to maintain accurate records, support quality processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, accreditation requirements, and applicable certification schemes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project and Program Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities supporting Quality Assurance initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support for planning, execution, and follow-up activities related to internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate quality-related meetings, training sessions, and communications.
- Manage shared Quality Assurance email inboxes and Microsoft Teams communications.
- Prioritize assigned projects, tasks, and administrative activities to meet established deadlines.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Support implementation and ongoing compliance with the SCS Quality Management System.
- Maintain document control processes, including version control for policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents.
- Participate as an internal audit team member under the direction of a Lead Auditor and, upon qualification, conduct internal audits in accordance with SCS procedures.
- Support preparation, execution, documentation, and follow-up of internal audit activities.
- Track audit findings, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain quality records, audit portals, and tracking systems to support accreditation and corporate quality requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation and records for internal and external accreditation audits.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes, documentation, and administrative workflows.
Auditor Hub Support
- Coordinate contract auditor onboarding and offboarding activities, including contractor agreements and required documentation.
- Support maintenance of auditor qualification, competency, witness audit, and training records.
- Assist with auditor performance tracking and reporting through corporate systems and databases.
- Support program personnel in maintaining auditor qualifications and competency records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Coordinate corporate auditor training logistics and provide administrative support for Auditor Hub initiatives.
- Assist in preparing auditor newsletters, communications, and other training or qualification materials.
- Collaborate with the Auditor Hub team to ensure auditor records remain accurate, current, and compliant with corporate and accreditation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience and
- 1+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or related field
- Knowledge and understanding of third-party certification initiatives
- Excellent organizational, writing, presentation and verbal communication skills (Advanced proficiency)
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Advanced proficiency)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO standards, supply chains, and/or the certified products industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce

Working Remotely
At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office.
Estimated Hourly Salary
$17.00 - $21.75
