Conducts onsite and remote Sustainable Palm Oil certification audits, technical assessments, data validation, risk evaluations, and audit reporting. Supports corrective actions, accreditation audits, quality management systems, client communication, technical research, and continuous improvement. Requires expertise in RSPO standards, supply chain certification, ISO auditing, and palm oil sector operations. This remote role involves extensive domestic and international travel.

Leads audits and verification assessments for agricultural and land-use carbon offset projects. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, calculations, models, GIS and remote sensing data; conducting site visits, interviews, and measurement evaluations; writing technical reports; managing clients and audit portfolios; overseeing contract auditors; maintaining standards compliance; supporting quality improvements; and training auditors.

Leads UI/UX design for customer-facing web applications, translating complex certification and audit workflows into intuitive experiences. Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, journey mapping, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, accessibility, and design system consistency. Collaborates with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders, supports implementation, guides product decisions, and coaches designers.

Conduct on-site and remote APSCA social compliance audits (SMETA and related schemes); coordinate and schedule audits, book travel, maintain client relationships, submit timely audit reports and evidence, perform witness audits, attend trainings, and maintain records and up-to-date regulatory knowledge.

Conduct independent or team-based verifications for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 integrated management system certification. Perform on-site audits, evaluate compliance and processes, produce detailed verification reports, communicate requirements and corrective actions to clients, and coordinate scheduling with SCS staff. Maintain program integrity while applying pragmatic verification approaches.

Conduct forest management audits (FSC, Responsible Wood, others) in field settings, produce high-quality audit reports, assess management practices, communicate requirements and corrective actions to clients, and travel domestically for on-site audits.
