Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update revenue tracking systems

  • Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks

  • Issue purchase requests, coordinate new vendor setups and changes

  • Purchase miscellaneous safety equipment needed for operations

  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • At least 1 year experience with administrative duties
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ethics, professionalism and discretion
  • Must be detail oriented
