Coordinator, Finance Operations - Credit Card Processing

This position is a remote role! Must be able to work 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern time hours.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

• Process Customer Credit Card payments via Phone, SharePoint and through reports
• Attention to detail: Update customer’s accounts/orders with credit card information, including card maintenance in a timely manner that is compliant with established policies and procedures
• Provide phone and task coverage 11:30 am- 8 pm EST.  
• Assists with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business need
• Payment processing and research

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Skills:

• Customer Service Phone experience, preferred
• Maintain service levels and productions goals
• Attention to Detail / high quality of work and accuracy
• Great organization and time management skills
• SAP experience is a benefit

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $22.57 per hour
