About the Role

We are seeking an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality events in Adelaide, while contributing to national initiatives across the Events & Partnerships function.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external organisations and the broader Markets, Clients and Growth (MCG) team to deliver engaging event experiences and support the management of key partnerships. This role plays a key part in ensuring events and partnership activities are executed professionally, align to strategic priorities, and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the firm.

As part of a national team, you will contribute to cross-office initiatives and broader marketing and business development activities, gaining exposure across events, partnerships and campaign delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience

  • Support the management and activation of partnerships and sponsorships

  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers

  • Contribute to national and cross-office events, campaigns and initiatives

  • Assist with broader marketing and business development activities

  • Ensure all activities are aligned to strategic priorities and brand standards

  • On occasions working outside of usual office hours to manage and support the delivery of events. No weekend work is required.  

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys delivering impactful events and building strong stakeholder connections. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while contributing to high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will bring

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.

  • Previous experience in events, partnerships or marketing coordination, whether through professional or volunteer roles

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events Management or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting marketing, business development or campaign activities (desirable)
