What success looks like in this role:

Job Title: Civil Registry Associate

Job Description

• In this role you will: Assist and handle  public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth certificates, marriage contracts and other important documents.
• Performs administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations which may include responding to customer inquiries and data encoding
• Operate a data entry terminal or computer to transcribe and/or verify a wide variety of source data, material documents, records and information for entry into a database
• May be tasked to provide weekly reports pertinent to tasks assigned
• For provincial applications: must be willing to relocate to Angeles Pampanga in 2 to 3 months’ time

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least with high school diploma. Recent Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with 0 - +3 years experience in customer service and data entry.
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
