Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems and databases
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including the creation and maintenance of macros, to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
- Develop, maintain, and update Management Information Systems to support business operations and decision-making
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of MIS reports and dashboards, providing timely updates
- Conduct detailed data analysis using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights
- Create reports and dashboards in Excel to support various business functions
- Implement data validation techniques in Excel to ensure data quality and consistency
Key Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years experience in data operations or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of macros
- Experience with data reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with other data management tools and software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Advanced skills in Excel, including macros
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks
