Handle Customer phone calls
Handle cases correspondence with customer
Act as point of entry on potential claim requests
Handle booking inquiries as per customer’s request
Handle booking amendments received via Email
Process change of destination
Handle shipment related exceptions
Verify transport exceptions and bill additional costs / fees to customer where applicable. Addresses all necessary communication
Act as point of entry related to VGM exceptions
Follow all the necessary procedures for Special cargo approval
Follow up transshipment
Build Expertise in all topics related to Export Booking
Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management
Complete all functional HIP training timely
QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent
Very good command of written and spoken English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
Positive attitude
