What You'll Do
The Coordinator of Corporate Communications plays a key role in supporting Authentic’s global storytelling, initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation and brand presence. This position ensures seamless coordination across internal and external platforms, working closely with the Communications team, contributing to media relations, executive communications, corporate events, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Project Management:
- Assist the Corporate Communications team in executing corporate presentations, charitable partnerships, employee town hall meetings, and corporate events that strengthen Authentic’s internal and external brand presence.
- Update and distribute corporate communications timelines and relevant project trackers to ensure alignment across departments.
- Maintain Authentic’s contact lists, including executives, VIPs, and celebrities, ensuring key stakeholders can be easily engaged for communications initiatives.
- Maintain the corporate communications toolbox by organizing press releases, recaps, and important clips in the communications folder on Dropbox, ensuring quick access to essential materials.
- Attend monthly editorial meetings and pitch content ideas that align with Authentic’s brand storytelling goals and corporate initiatives.
Media Support:
- Track Authentic’s press mentions and industry trends daily using MuckRack, analyzing coverage and insights to refine media strategies.
- Create announcement recaps to measure the impact of corporate news and identify areas for further media amplification.
- Maintain corporate media lists to support targeted media outreach and relationship-building with key journalists.
- Conduct media research to support key press strategies and reputation management, ensuring the company proactively navigates media trends, potential risks, and opportunities to strengthen its presence.
Corporate Gifting Coordination:
- Collaborate with the PR Coordinator to manage gifting requests from Authentic executives and their respective networks.
- Support gift deliveries, including packing, shipping, tracking and key communications to ensure smooth execution of corporate gifting programs.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Corporate Communications to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
- Develop and distribute team meeting agendas and post-meeting notes to ensure productivity.
- Compile materials, presentations, and information for key meetings, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary insights and updates.
- Send meeting invites and manage calendars to coordinate key communication touchpoints effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with digital content management tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative on projects.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all professional levels
Primary Location Salary:$65,000 - $68,000
