- Maintains health data and compliance documents for full-time and part-time faculty.
- Maintains preceptor requests and associated regulatory and compliance documents for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Routes and maintains program practice affiliation agreements for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Maintains access to and effectively uses software and programs to support compliance and placement processes
(e.g., Complio, Typhon, TCPS, etc.). - Provides administrative support as assigned to facilitate LCON administrative functions.
- Fosters clear and proactive lines of communication with administration, faculty, staff, students, and practice partners.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant area and two years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience may substitute for the required education.
The department is especially interested in candidates that have:
- Robust experience in cloud-based databases and compliance software.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and experience with credentialing.
- Experience in nursing or healthcare and expertise with the preceptor/student management systems software.
