Job Summary
Create new Catalog records within the Inventory system. Offer guidance on which records are most appropriate to use. Coordinate with the Global Sourcing team to ensure Catalog alignment with current initiatives. Identify and address duplicate records, and look for opportunities to improve the cataloging process.Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing new requests for new AIM Parts, creating if suitable, otherwise provide feedback to requester on suitable record to be utilized.
- Reviewing new requests marked as Track by Asset to verify this is accurate, liaising with Maintenance Team for items requiring further clarification, update Equipment Class/Asset Category.
- Reviewing new requests marked as Capital to verify this is accurate, liaising with Property Accounting Team for items requiring further clarification.
- Ongoing review of Catalog to identify duplicates, update manufacturer part numbers, and restructure descriptions to meet the company catalog standard.
Education:
- Minimum Required: Some College
- Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Minimum Required: 3-5 years in catalog or warehousing
- Preferred Level: 5-7 years in catalog or warehousing
Skills:
- Ability to stay organized daily while managing multiple tasks and remaining self‑motivated.
- Communicate clearly with the rig.
