Title: Coordinator - Brand Marketing
Reports To: SR Manager - Print Brand Marketing
Location: This role will be hybrid, based in our Pittsburgh Office
Get to Know the Role:
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Brand Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an important contributor to our print marketing execution, ensuring that projects move seamlessly from concept to completion. You will manage critical tracking documents, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and support the digital and brand presence in our retail environments. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Tracking & Management: Manage daily project workflows and deadlines using Monday.com, ensuring all tasks are accurate and up to date.
- Retail Signage Management: Maintain and update comprehensive sign lists in Google Sheets to ensure items released into production align with leadership approval and every store is allocated the correct printed marketing.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners. Request necessary information to keep projects moving and serve as a filter for incoming requests to ensure team priorities are met.
- Creative Workflow & Design Support: Gather project details and formalize requirements to kick off design requests to the print design team.
- Leadership Reporting: Collaborate with digital marketing partners to create weekly snapshots of store marketing activities and results for leadership review.
- Dynamic Content Management: Create, manage, and update dynamic QR codes for various marketing materials to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meeting Facilitation: Own the administrative success of marketing meetings by updating agendas, taking detailed notes, and leading discussions as needed.
- Digital Content Support: Manage and upload digital video content for in-store LED displays, ensuring the correct creative is live and aligned with current campaigns.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing collateral and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality control.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in print marketing or a retail store environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets), Canva and experience with project management tools (ideally Monday.com).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and interact professionally with various departments.
