Job Summary

The Benefits Eligibility & Authorization Coordinator will support the Hold Edit Post Shipment Review team by obtaining insurance-required documentation, reviewing and validating records, and entering applicable documentation into company systems to facilitate claim processing and billing. The role also involves ensuring documentation accuracy, meeting quality standards, and helping resolve post-shipment documentation issues to support timely reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Processes a backlog of orders that have already shipped with missing insurance required documentation. You will work within multiple systems including but not limited to Grid, OnBase and RGH.

  • Reviews accounts thoroughly to ensure documentation has not previously been received and is enterable.

  • Follows up with offices as needed to obtain documentation as well as the occasional customer call.

  • Documents accounts and dispositions orders to quality standards.

  • Reviews and enters documentation to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Medical Documentation experience, preferred

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $15.75/hr. - $18.50/hr.
