OVERVIEW:
The Benelux Accounts Payable Assistant will assist the centralised Accounts Payable Manager with the timely processing and payment of supplier invoices..
The successful applicant will have a strong track record of achievement and will be able to demonstrate excellent excel skills and attention to detail and the ability to work remotely. Fluency in English is required.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
· Working with the centralised Accounts Payable Manager to ensure that all supplier invoices received are:
o Processed in a timely manner
o Posted to the correct cost center
o Authorised by the correct department
o Pain in accordance with the supplier terms
· Working with the centralised Accounts Payable Manager to ensure all payments are correctly allocated to the supplier ledger
· Working with the centralised Accounts Payable Manager to ensure that the implementation of the Coupa Procurement system is done in an efficient manner with the minimum of issues for both the country and suppliers
· This is not intended to be a full description of duties and you will be expected to assist in such duties as may be required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3 years + Accounting experience in a medium sized firm (must have had AP experience)
· Excellent excel skills.
· Team Player
· Ability to work under pressure and alone
· Fluency in English is required.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision is desirable but not essential.
