Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de seguridad y vigilancia en condominio residencial, garantizando el cumplimiento de protocolos, consignas y normativas vigentes, así como la correcta administración de procesos condominales y la atención efectiva a residentes.

Horario de trabajo: Lunes a sábado
Sueldo Bruto Mensual: $18,000.00
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
- Supervisar directamente al personal de seguridad y vigilancia del condominio, verificando el cumplimiento de consignas por turno
- Monitorear sistemas de CCTV, control de accesos y realizar rondines de supervisión para garantizar presencia y cumplimiento de guardias
- Elaborar, actualizar y supervisar consignas específicas de seguridad, así como revisar bitácoras de incidentes y dar seguimiento
- Implementar y hacer cumplir protocolos de emergencia, evacuación y normativas de Protección Civil
- Aplicar el reglamento interno y gestionar procedimientos de sanciones a condóminos conforme a la Ley de Propiedad en Condominio
- Atender solicitudes, quejas y sugerencias de condóminos, mediando en conflictos entre residentes
- Coordinar capacitación continua del personal de seguridad y elaborar informes de novedades para el Comité
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en administración de condominios residenciales
- Experiencia específica en supervisión de personal de seguridad, monitoreo y control de accesos
- Conocimiento práctico de la Ley de Propiedad en Condominio y su Reglamento (CDMX o equivalente estatal)
- Manejo de sistemas de administración condominal y monitoreo (CCTV)
- Habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de conflictos y atención al cliente
- Conocimientos en elaboración de presupuestos, finanzas básicas y gestión de proveedores
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, organización y seguimiento multitarea
- Contratación directa por parte de la empresa
