El Coordinador de Modelo Comercial será responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y evaluar la arquitectura comercial de la compañía, con especial énfasis en el esquema de compensación variable y métricas de desempeño para Líderes, Gerentes de Negocio y Gerentes de Venta. Su objetivo es alinear el comportamiento de la fuerza de ventas con los objetivos financieros mediante el uso de modelos matemáticos, análisis de datos y herramientas tecnológicas de última generación.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Diseño de Modelos de Compensación: Crear y actualizar estructuras de comisiones, bonos e incentivos que aseguren la competitividad del mercado y la rentabilidad de la empresa.
Modelado Matemático y Predictivo: Desarrollar simuladores para proyectar el impacto de los cambios en los planes de compensación antes de su implementación
Gestión de Datos Comercial: Administrar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar patrones y desviaciones en el desempeño.
Implementación de Tecnologías Ágiles: Adoptar e integrar herramientas de Sales Performance Management (SPM), automatización y visualización de datos (Power BI/Tableau/Google Sites) para agilizar la entrega de reportes.
Evaluación y Auditoría: Monitorear semanalmente el cumplimiento de KPIs y asegurar el pago preciso y justo de la compensación según el modelo
