Asegurar el diseño, ejecución y cumplimiento de la estrategia de capacitación y desarrollo en la planta, garantizando que el personal (administrativo y operativo) cuente con las competencias necesarias para desempeñar eficazmente sus funciones, cumpliendo además con los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinar la Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación (DNC) y los requerimientos de capacitación para personal hourly y salary.
  • Elaborar y ejecutar el plan y programa anual de capacitación, asegurando su cumplimiento.
  • Administrar el presupuesto de capacitación, incluyendo control de gastos y pago a proveedores.
  • Coordinar la logística de cursos internos y externos (salas, instructores, materiales, asistencia).
  • Mantener actualizada la matriz de capacitación y expedientes del personal para auditorías.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales en capacitación (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4).
  • Coordinar instructores internos y validar competencia de proveedores externos.
  • Monitorear indicadores de Talent Management y generar reportes de cumplimiento de KPI.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y sistemas de gestión (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Apoyar en la actualización de descripciones de puesto, roles y competencias.

What You Bring
  • Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales, Ingeniería o afín.
  • Experiencia en capacitación, desarrollo organizacional o administración de talento.
  • Conocimiento en DNC, planes de capacitación y gestión de cursos.
  • Conocimiento en normativas: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 y requisitos legales de capacitación.
  • Manejo de indicadores, presupuesto y proveedores.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (~80%).
